(doing business as Wherever, and referred to herein as “Wherever,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our implementation of this Wherever Privacy Policy (this “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully, so you can understand our practices and your rights in relation to personal information. “Personal Information” means any information that can be used, alone or together with other data, to uniquely identify any living human being and any information deemed as "Personally Identifiable Information" by applicable privacy laws.

• The types of information we may collect or that you may provide when you access or use the Wherever web application and related software development kits, application programming interfaces, websites, mobile applications, communications, plugins, and other services that are offered by us under our Terms of Service (collectively, and including as they may be updated from time to time, the “Wherever Services”).

This Policy DOES NOT apply to information that you provide to or is collected by any third party (see Third-Party Information Collection, below). Such third parties may have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read before providing information to or through them.

We do not monetize the Personal Information we collect from or about users of the Wherever Services.

Children Under the Age of 18

We do not offer our products or services for use by children and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from, and/or about children under the age of 18. If you are under the age of 18, do not provide any Personal Data to us without involvement of a parent or a guardian. We do not intend to offer information society services directly to children. In the event that we become aware that you provide Personal Data in violation of applicable privacy laws, we reserve the right to delete it. When you access or use the Wherever Services, we may ask you to provide Personal Information:

• such as email address, Telegram handle, Discord handle, Ethereum Address, Twitter handle, etc.
• That is about you, such as preferences and your usage of the product and may, in the aggregate be held to be Personal Information.

How We Collect It

We collect information from and about users of the Wherever Service:
